Cheryl Campbell is a consummate Human Resource Management professional, John Maxwell Certified Coach, Motivational Speaker and Trainer with a proven track record of accomplishments in the field, spanning more than 20 years, including performance in key local and regional roles.

Her expertise encompasses establishment of new HR departments, policy development and formulation, performance evaluation and assessment, training and the development of human resource capacity in organisations generally. In addition, Cheryl’s focus includes labour laws advisory, mediation and one-on-one consultations with companies and professionals alike.

Over the years, she has functioned in many capacities, including Regional Human Resource Manager for the Northern Caribbean and Miami of Global Directories Jamaica Limited (Jamaica Yellow Pages), and Human Resource and Administration Manager at the Jamaica Observer.

A doer and an influencer, Cheryl is the owner of HR Outsourcing Solutions (HROS), which partners with new organizations in Jamaica to establish their HR departments and formulate and implement all their policies and procedures. HROS assists existing companies in Jamaica to revamp their HR department and start afresh with HR best practices.
